Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Clixel Media (“Clixel Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of WeShouldGo (the “Service”) at weshouldgo.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use WeShouldGo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Your account
- You’re responsible for the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account.
- Sign-in links sent to your email are personal to you — keep them confidential and don’t share them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Post or share content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest data, or abuse the AI planner (for example, to generate prohibited content) or our underlying providers.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create on the Service, such as your quiz responses, trip plans, and edits (“Your Content”). You grant Clixel Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service — including processing it through the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy. When you share content via a public link or with a group, you’re responsible for what you choose to share.
5. AI-generated itineraries
The planner uses artificial intelligence to generate travel suggestions, and venue information is drawn from third-party data sources. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may occasionally reference places or details that are wrong. Itineraries are provided for inspiration and convenience only — they are not professional travel, safety, financial, legal, or medical advice. You are responsible for independently verifying important details (such as opening hours, prices, bookings, travel requirements, and safety conditions) before you rely on them or travel.
6. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on and links to third-party services (for example, Google sign-in and venue data, and external venue or article links). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service — including the WeShouldGo name, logo, the Travel Personality Quiz, archetypes, copy, design, and software — is owned by Clixel Media and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission, except as the Service expressly allows (such as sharing your own results and plans).
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clixel Media and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clixel Media and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Colorado will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
